Our blends are the exquisite byproduct of the intentional and careful union of different micro lots with unique and regional-specific sensorial attributes. With each lot we strive to create a harmonious symphony of flavors that highlights the hard work and dedication of the producer and their family.
This second edition of our Arcoíris or Rainbow blend, is a coffee that celebrates the traditional, handcrafted effort of the producer, as well as a diversity of origins, terroirs, microclimates, flavors and experimental processes of fermentation, which when combined with the exceptional work of our roasters, who develop a roast curve specifically catered to each micro lot that goes into the mix, yields a one-of-a-kind cup profile.
The rainbow is a physical phenomenon that occurs when the sun’s light begins to scatter creating a spectrum of different colors visible to the human eye. A rainbow can appear anywhere, but only under the appropriate conditions. This is the inspiration for the concept behind Blend Arcoíris, developed at our lab in Armenia by our Quality team, with the objective of demystifying certain beliefs about coffee blends. With each new presentation, we create a singular combination that is constantly reinventing itself.
